TUSC365 Spring League 2025
WHAT IS TUSC365 Spring League?
TUSC365’s Spring League is a school-based youth ultimate league. We welcome players to participate with their friends and teammates from their school, or to combine with other teams to ensure that everyone is able to play. Building on our league model from the past three years, we’ll host both middle school and high school divisions (grades 5-12), with some flexibility on a case-by-case basis for teams and players. TUSC365 welcomes all genders, all abilities, and all experience levels. If you don’t have a team at your school, or your team is too small to participate on your own, contact us and we’ll match you up with another program to ensure that all players and teams are able to participate!
Middle School teams will play five weekends (10 games) and High School teams will play six weekends (12 games). Teams remain the same every week, play two games per weekend (for 3 hours of active game play), practice at least once per week (2 hours), and we finish the season with competitive “play-off” rounds! Game days include ice water, administrative support staff, athletic training services, snacks, and more. Players register as individuals using our sliding scale pricing, but play with their school-based teams throughout the season. We’re also bringing back our Elementary School Pick-up Days and Clinics alongside our spring league games!
As a school-based league, we also assist coaches, captains, and teams with weekly practices throughout the season and offer mentoring and substitute coaches as needed throughout the year. Teams looking for support with recruiting, fundraising, field reservations, and other needs are encouraged to reach out to us for support at any time — that’s what we’re here for! Join us for an optional pre-season informational meeting for parents and guardians, if you have more questions or want to meet with Director Colleen Kepner!

GAMES TIMES:
As in the past, we aim to hold middle school games in the morning (roughly 9:00am-12:00pm) and high school games in the afternoon (roughly 12:30pm-4:00pm), but the specific times will be determined by field space and the number of teams registered. We’ll share a detailed competition schedule as soon as it’s available!
GAME LOCATION:

TUSC365 SPRING LEAGUE PRICING - 2025
Sliding Scale Payment Considerations:
Consider paying the Regular Price if this amount would be neither a financial hardship nor sacrifice for you and/or your family. This option also directly benefits other youth ultimate players in our community by ensuring that all expenses are covered for our league to function, and that all players receive the same high-quality experience regardless of their financial circumstances.
Consider paying the discounted Average Price if paying the Regular Price would be a financial sacrifice, but not directly or immediately detrimental to you and/or your family. This is the average price paid per player for the 2023 season, aligned with our sliding scale.
Consider using the “Pay What You Can” option if paying the Regular Price or the Average Price would lead to a harmful impact on you and/or your family. You might also consider whether you are new to the sport of Ultimate, whether you can attend all games and practices, and/or whether you have multiple family members participating. This option allows you to manually enter the amount that is manageable for you and your family’s circumstances. You can also use this option to add an additional amount on top of the Regular Price to directly facilitate opportunities for other players. [Note that in this case, you would only use this option for your payment, and simply add the amount that you wish to donate!] Please note that for "Pay What You Can" to be successful, we rely on families that can pay the full amount to do so, or to even donate an additional amount to help other players participate.
Cost should never prevent anyone from playing Ultimate! Please contact Coach Colleen Kepner at tusculti@gmail.com or 512-608-2447 with any questions, suggestions, or concerns regarding our pricing model and access to our programming.
